Trempealeau referendum to leave pool’s fate in hands of voters

Community members will decide the future of the Trempealeau Pool in a referendum ask in April’s election. The Trempealeau village board last week approved the referendum, which will ask voters if the village can permanently raise the tax levy in order to maintain the pool. A failed referendum would result in the closure of the pool following the 2023 season.       (Times photograph by Benjamin Pierce)
