Aaron “Bud” P. Kujak

Aaron “Bud” Paul Kujak, 91, of Blair, formerly of Arcadia and Fountain City, died Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at Gundersen Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall.

Bud was born August 20, 1928, in Fountain City to Paul J. and Martha (Bagnewski) Kujak. He married Donna Lou Danielson, June 6, 1949, In Fountain City. Donna preceded Bud in death, January 9, 2001.

Bud served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

Bud worked as a manager in the meat department of Randall Foods in Winona, MN. He later owned and operated the Fountain City Meat Market in Fountain City.

Bud was a plant manager for the AG Co-Op broiler plant and was then self employed for the majority of his life as a livestock dealer in which he specialized in dairy cattle.

Bud was an avid sports fan and was an official for both high school and college basketball and baseball for 43 years.

Bud is survived by a daughter, Patty Hough of Rhode Island; two sons: Paul Kujak of Baraboo and Perry (Renee) Kujak of Blair; thirteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Jean (Ed) Hentges of Fountain City.

In addition to his parents and wife, Bud was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Shari; a brother, Ray; and four sisters: Helen, Ethel, Ilene and Dorothy.

Bud will be laid to rest at a private family gathering at a later date.

Jack Funeral Home in Blair is assisting the family with arrangements.
