Carol was also very involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, where she earned many civic awards and the Legion Auxiliary. After her retirement, she and Tarry moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Carol loved the outdoors and doing outdoor activities such as planting flowers, boating, camping, and enjoying campfires in the yard.
