Joseph “Joe” E. Kreibich

 

Joseph Edward Kreibich, 76, of Arcadia, passed away in his sleep, April 7, 2022, at his home.

He was born in Arcadia, August 25, 1945, to Donald and Angeline (Thoma) Kreibich. Joseph married Beverly Klomsten at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, June 20, 1964.

Joseph was a hard worker all of his life, working for local farmers and driving truck for Pehler, Wilbur, and Independence Ready Mix, from where he retired at the age of 74 after 37 years of dedication. His quick wit and sense of humor will be missed by all.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Bev; children: Tamie Mayzek, Donald (Vickie) Kreibich, Joedy (Megan) Kreibich, Billie (Bill) Klimek, and Chad Kreibich; three grandchildren: Krista (Bill) Zellmer, Kendra Mayzek and Mitchell (Becca Adank) Kreibich; seven great-grandchildren: Dashaun, twins: Jamaryian and Janiya, Kole, Noah, Isaiah and Nadia; sister, Darlene Sylla; brothers: Jim and Bob; other relatives and friends; and was a bonus “Grandpa” to the Sobotta kids.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Todd; brother, Dennis; brother-in-law, Ernie Sylla; niece, Sandy Sylla; and many other extended relatives. 

Family and friends are welcome for visitation on Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Wozney-Killian Funeral Home, where there will be a prayer service beginning at 11:45 a.m. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at Newcomb Valley Inn, rural Arcadia. Burial will be held at a later date.
