To the Editor:
The School District of Arcadia will join school districts throughout the state to salute their local education leaders during Wisconsin School Board Week October 1-7, 2023.
The commemorative week is designed to recognize the contributions made by Wisconsin’s school board members, including the Arcadia School Board, who are charged with governing public education under state law.
Wisconsin school board members are chosen by their communities to provide leadership for their local schools. They oversee multimillion-dollar budgets which, collectively, fund education programs for more than 867,000 students in 421 public school districts. Their decisions affect thousands of students, families, teachers, administrators, and support staff.
These volunteer leaders are responsible for setting a vision for the district, formulating school district policy, and providing community leadership. Legal concerns, the complexities of school finance, including budgeting and taxation, and ensuring effective governance require them to spend many hours in board training programs and personal study.
Our deepest appreciation is extended to the dedicated individuals who make it possible for local citizens to participate in education in our community. We salute the public servants of the Arcadia School Board whose commitment and civic responsibility make local control of public schools in our community possible:

To the Editor:
White House & Evil Media Mantra: ‘there is no evidence’
The day the House initiated an impeachment inquiry into Shady Joe Biden’s abuse of his public office for his family’s financial gain, the WH sent out talking points to the mainstream media to report to the American people. And boy did they fall in line; all repeating the same mantra ‘there is no evidence’. Well then what do you call thousands of pages of financial records, emails, texts, testimony from credible IRS and FBI whistleblowers, and interviews with Biden Family associates? You can also read ‘The Laptop From Hell’ which details transcripts taken directly from Hunter’s laptop. It’s all there and after you read it the only conclusion you can come to is that Biden Inc. is incredibly guilty of a multitude of crimes that netted them millions. And yet, according to the Left ‘there is no evidence’.
The latest tidbit is that $260,000 was wired directly to Shady’s main home in Delaware from Chinese nationalists in 2019 while running for president. The same home where Hunter lived and where classified government documents were found. Keep in mind that as a senator and V.P. Shady had no legal right to possess these. The only person who does is the president himself. Shady also had thousands more at the University of Pennsylvania and yet we hear nothing about it and no charges filed because he ‘cooperated’ with the government. So if you’re name is Biden you get a free pass to break the law.
Trump on the other hand had his home raided in the night by 30 federal agents who were heavily armed, and indiscriminately and illegally took personal and unclassified docs. They spent hours ransacking his home and even laid out docs for pictures. Trump did have the authority to possess and declassify unlike Shady. When they finally searched Shady’s they allowed his lawyers to conduct it. So when someone tells me to have faith in our justice system, I say no friggin way! It’s corrupt and beyond repair with our current administration. We must remove Democrats from power and restore law and order to the USA!
Shady Joe and the Dems hate Americans and have done everything in their power, and beyond in the form of illegal policies, to make Americans lives miserable. Look what they did with the Covid pandemic. Turned our fate over to one man who shut down the entire country which we will never recover from. And now we know that he was a liar and complicit in funding the Wuhan Lab where it originated.
Moronathon continues: we just gave Iran $6 billion + 5 detainees in return for 5 hostages. We are now supporting both sides of the Ukranian War. Iran hates the USA and is supplying Russia with weapons! Plus they are on the verge of having nuclear weapons! Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea?
Our nation is under assault from Democrats!
